- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Please note that certain items, such as clearance or sale items, personalized or customized products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- When returning a product, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
