Shipping and Returns
Return Policy:
Under any circumstance, if you order anything online at oespeedshop.com and decide to cancel or return your purchase, you will be given the option of a 100% store credit or a refund with deducted card processing fees.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
Kindly note that money will be returned once the part arrives at our office and is inspected. We will deduct the restocking fee from the total amount charged. Please be aware that we will add shipping charges to the restocking fee if the item was shipped for free (due to a promotional season).
Problems with Your Order:
Shortages: Please inspect the contents of the order immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it if an item is missing.
An Item is Damaged or Defective: Please call us immediately at +1 (504) 305-1232. The package must be returned in the same condition in which it was received to speed up the process.
Shipping Policy:
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date they were ordered unless the customer is notified otherwise. If we have an item out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide an estimated shipping date.
Standard Shipping within the US: Usually, the orders will be shipped within the United States via FedEx Ground.
Shipping outside the US: All other orders shipping outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. Additional shipping fees may apply, and the customer will be notified prior to shipping. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Expedited Shipping: Please contact us if expedited shipping is needed. We will provide you with an estimated cost.
